1. Namefagging and avatarfagging will be looked down on. If it gets to be a problem it will be deleted and banned. Someone like beaveranon would probably be okay since the posts are really good, but if someone posts a picture with the name "Maddow 10,532" would be banned on sight.

3.Legitimate discussion of an anime on /art/ would probably be okay, and someone using an anime image with a quality post would also be okay.

For example a thread in /art/ like "Princess Mononoke is a metaphor for how Jews pushed industrialism on the European peoples, which in turn ruined our enviroment and destroyed our society. What I'm asking is, what did Miyazaki mean by (etc)" would be great. But a thread on /pol/ like "Nazi anime girls thread!!!" would be deleted.

A good post like "I understand your opinion, but here is my factual refutation of it..." that happens to have a smug animu pic would probably be fine, but someone who goes ">memetext Your a jew" with an anime pic would be deleted.

Not necessarily. If someone is constantly avatarfagging, like multiple times a day, it would disrupt discussion and be a problem regardless of the content.
